What is Metricool?

Metricool is an analytics, measurement, and management tool for social media and digital content. This tool makes it possible to control posts and their results, monitor your brand’s growth and positioning in real-time on the internet, the impact of digital advertising, and even analyze your competition.

The Metricool platform was developed by the Spanish entrepreneurial couple Juan Pablo Tejela and Laura Montells in 2014, although its first name was Bloggerspecio. After accumulating several thousand users, its founders decided to expand it, add paid functionalities, and change its name to Metricool.

Thanks to the constant updates of the platform, as well as its simple and functional interface, today more than one million professionals, agencies, and brands in over 120 countries trust it for the daily planning, management, and analysis of their social networks. It’s worth noting that Metricool is an official partner of Google and Meta and is authorized by major digital platforms such as WordPress, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.

The tool is marketed under a freemium format, meaning users can subscribe and use it for free and then have specific functionalities for premium plans.
